Pre and post covid apples to apples In February of 2020, 663 22nd Ave (cross street Cabrillo) a 4 bed 5.5 bath, 3300 square foot home closed for $3,138,888 which I thought was very high for this turn key home. It came back to market just 9 months later in November closing for $2,825,000: $313,000 lower than the previous sale or about a 10% loss in value. Most metrics say we are 9% up year over a year in single family homes. This market has good opportunities for buyers.

615 10th Ave. was a Richmond fixer listed at 1,450,000 they received 9 offers. Richmond district real estate is alive and well!
