**PENDING** After a couple long days in Sacramento we were able to get into contract on a beautiful home. I appreciate all of my clients for allowing me to take part in this amazing process. Let’s own together!

Just went pending! After a long week of showings, we took multiple offers and were in negotiations until we finally accepted a strong above-asking offer last night! I'm mostly proud that we were able to facilitate over 40 showing appointments last week without any health or safety issues because of the importance we put on safety from the very beginning and took the steps needed to ensure and maintain it. This was especially important because after full days of 10-15 people visiting the home, my clients had to go home each night. Very grateful that my clients and their family are 100% healthy and safe.

After a long day of showing homes in Elk Grove my client decided to go back to the very first home we saw. Right then he knew that this was going to be his forever home. We went over the inspections, disclosures, and contract right there in the living room of his soon to be forever house. I spoke with the listing agent and wrote up the offer in the home. By the time we got back to the Bay, my client's offer was accepted. It has been a fun ride that started when I met with him on November 13th to go over his plan to sell his home and move to Elk Grove. Now, a little less than a month later, he sold his home for more than he expected and subsequently purchased his dream home. He went from having a loud 30 car freightrain in his backyard 2x a day to a swimming pool and spa. This is what its all about!

The first day of showings went great!
