Here is the end result to our last video in Fremont. We framed two bedrooms, upgraded all electrical outlets, lighting, main electrical service weather head and upgraded electrical panel, added a new bathroom and relocated two other bathrooms on a slab foundation, installed all brand new windows, new skylight and sliding glass door, added all brand new doors, new flooring, and re-converted the garage back to the garage from two bedrooms, added electrical for washer, dryer and even for an electric vehicle. Want to thank Blair for trusting us to update her pool house. She had the Blue and Gray vision and we made it come through. We painted cabinets and installed new granite countertops, new backsplash, installed water proof flooring, updated existing shower tile and shower door, painted entire house, updated fireplace and new mantle, all new lights throughout the house, and New exterior paint job. Updated and Installed all new appliances. We even helped find her a company to update the pool table to match Another happy customer. Here are some before and after pictures hope you all enjoy it. Our clients purchased this house and as nice it was, it didn’t have their own personal touch. We were called to remodel their house and add their OWN personal touch. I believe we nailed it!! We installed waterproof laminate flooring, removed pillars to give them their open concept, made an arch way to a closed entry wall to bring in more natural light, installed new cabinets with a custom built in microwave, custom built island legs, new backsplash, transformed their entry co...at closet to a kitchen pantry with a custom made pantry door, refaced the fireplace with brick and added a custom built mantel and finished it with a white wash finish. We painted the ceiling and walls, upgraded all the interior doors and hardware, installed a new ceiling fan, installed new light fixtures, and replaced the electrical outlets and light switches.
