Someone asked if I've been baking recently. While the answer is mostly no, I have been perfecting sourdough pancakes. These have cheddar cheese in the middle with a side of crispy thick cut bacon.

This time last week this pie was being made for Mother's Day. What do you think was under all that meringue?
