I'm happy to report that weekday lunches are not too busy I kept thinking about how I wanted to order their dipping ramen (tsukemen), but they don’t serve this for lunch and only available during dinner It’s ok though because this bowl of ramen was good and hit the spot. You can get it spicy for an extra 50 cents. This broth is unique because it has a dashi/fish stock taste. The egg, as you can tell, was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and not too fatty. Fall starts on Monday, which means it's the beginning of prime ramen season. We can't wait to see our regulars more regularly, or if you haven't had Executive Chef Ritsu Tsuchida's now-legendary ramen recipe, it's time to have your first bowl of Iza Ramen.
