We are within a couple weeks of registration opening for Iron October 2! We will let you know the date when you can register as soon as it is set. There will be limited space, so getting registered as soon as it is open will be your best chance to secure a spot for you team. For the scaled division, we have had a lot of request for movement standards/minimum requirements. As far as the workouts go, the scaled division will be very doable. Scaled athletes should be able... to do the following ... -clean (power or full)155/105 -pull-ups -kb swing 53/35 -row -push-up -snatch 135/95 -deadlift 225/155 -box jump 24/20 Let your teammate know to be ready for IO2!
Who likes competitions where the podium finishers get cash prizes??? Iron October 2 podium finishers will once again leave with cash in hand on top of other podium prizes. #IO2 #getready
Update: Iron October 2 like last year will consist of teams of 2. There are 4 divisions, Men's RX, Women's RX, Men's Scaled, and Women's Scaled. Registration will be opened on a date to follow, so we will inform you when that date is chosen. Stay tuned... .

Thank you to each and every person who reached out to the Iron Mile family during comp day as well as after the comp to let us know how much they enjoyed The Year of The Iron competition. It means a lot to us to hear that the competition was run extremely well. Our CrossFit community is amazing, and we take great pride in putting together events that all of us as athletes can enjoy. Congratulations again to everyone who competed on Saturday. We look forward to seeing you all at our future events.
