Bridal preparations are one of my favorite things to photograph. Especially, when the brides and their loved ones do not know they are being photographed, so they act relaxed and natural.
When the lighting works to your advantage and you create perfect silhouette images
Window reflections and dramatic sunsets make some wonderful images. Gorgeous brides help, of course.
Grand Staircase is just so grand! But the side staircase also has its charm. We love the privacy and intricate lighting of the side staricase.
Standing under a Chuppah is so much fun! I am not sure what was so funny in the Rabbi's speech, but I am so glad I was there to capture their charming and genuine smiles.
The signing of a Ketubah, a Jewish marriage contract, is a very important part of the Jewish wedding ceremony and I am so thankful that this lovely and their parents allowed me to witness and document this special and intimate moment.
This is their moment! All eyes are on them, but these two only have eyes for each other, as they should on their wedding day.
And off they go! The ceremony is complete and guests are enjoying the beautiful winery, which means the newlyweds can have special alone time. I, of course, won't disturb them, as they take photos.
You may kiss the bride! As a long time wedding photographer, I have captured this magic moment thousands of times, but each time I am as excited as the newlyweds.
Thank you, nature, for painting this lovely landscape! Thank you, ladies, for making me part of your celebration! I hope you are enjoying this photo as much as I am.
All rise for the bride! This is her day, her shining moment, so let's rise up with her in body and spirit and support her on one of the most important walks of her life!
Zipping up a wedding dress can be tricky. It's a good thing her girlfriends are here to land a helping hand.
Who needs shoes at a beach wedding? This precious baby girl certainly does not!
Such a genuine smile! I am loving this bride's happy and sincere facial expression. Glad I was able to capture the beautiful moment she was having with her newly minted husband!
Helping one's partner up the San Francisco hills is a sacred duty. This groom is taking it seriously.
Beautiful family trio! The bride and her parents are just glowing with happiness and I feel happy just looking at the image
I will never get tired of observing different wedding traditions and learning about various cultures. Here is an image of Gaye Holud, a Bengali wedding ritual!
And with joyful hearts, they become husband and wife! Such sincere smiles on their faces and the faces of the guests! So glad to have been there to document this happy moment!
So touching! The little boy was curious about the bride's hairpiece, so she leaned down and let him explore. Here is to random acts of kindness on your wedding day and everyday!
How would have thought cowboy boots go so well with a wedding dress? I guess they add a fresh touch to a classic gown and make the whole outfit more fun, especially when two brides pick matching boots for their wedding ceremony.
