On September 20th the Coronado City Council approved RSIP-3. This is the third time the commission has presented a Residential Standards Improvement Plan. The revised document can be accessed through this link. Say goodbye to rooftop decks and three story houses. A new "Daylight Plane" is in effect requiring no single family home to block the daylight from its neighboring homes.
