Finding faith that the light will always hold us can be hard to hold onto at times. If you are in need of someone to help you hold on reach out to someone today. Fall often calls us inside to a quieter place to seek the light.

Wake up and enjoy the deep rich bounty of the summer season. What you have planted and tended has come into its fullness and is so sweet and rich. No matter who you are, or where your life is, you can experience this wholeness all around you.

5 / 5 stars "A year ago, I came into Kym's office with a broken heart , and feelings like I was hit by a Mac truck. Immediately , Kym made me feel I was worth something and there was light at the end of the tunnel. After a year, a visit with Kym is the highlight of my week. Thank you Kym for getting my life back. See you soon."

When the light of day fades quickly and the rush of wrapping up the year presses in-- many of us find ourselves tired, craving the warmth of our beds and homes. We want to hibernate and snuggle. Some people feel SAD--Seasonal Affect Disorder : a form of depression tied to lack of light This thinning of light is the call of nature to come inside ourselves, take stock and make peace. It is a time to dream of what can be. Winter solstice is weeks away. Hundreds of years ago m...ankind rose and slept with the sun and used this special time of year to sit by the fire--which provides light and remember the heroic deeds of the tribe members, to pass on oral tradition. If you find yourself feeling low or SAD remember you are not alone. Find a fire or sit in the sun. Remember your own heroic deeds this year and dream of the most beautiful life you can. This time of year until February or early march is magic if you know how to use it. See more

With the light thinning and the fall approaching many people experience a call for change. It is a pull inward to the quieter, less hectic place inside where we really live. This calling often brings change in our lives as the year winds down and the harvest is in. What is your year's harvest? Is it time to clear the fields of what no longer serves you? is the deadfall begging to become the rich compost to wrap the new growth in come spring? Therapy is a wonderful gift to give yourself this time of year : a peaceful, nurturing space to unravel your own mystery.

Out of the mud and the ooze, fed by the waste of others, nurtured slowly into existence by the sun.....consider this blossom. Consider how it shields itself in darkness, and provides nourishment in the warmth of the light. It rides gently upon the water and provides a place of rest. Such examples of spirituality surround us every day. Taking time to really see what surrounds us helps us enjoy the journey. Namaste
