Inspire Martial Arts is pleased to announce that we are starting a School Camp program starting on Tuesday September 8th. The purpose of this ongoing camp will be to provide a positive and structured environment for kids where they can safely get out of the house, get help with school as needed, get a great martial arts workout, and have fun! Inspire School Camp sessions will be limited to 12 children per week and is recommended for ages 5-13. The camp will meet each weekday... from 1-5 pm. The first week will be a four-day session, and the following weeks will be five days (M-F). Our plan is to continue the program as long as the Davis public schools are requiring distance learning. A typical camp day will be a mix of study time, outdoor martial arts class, games and safe socialization. We will allot time in a structured schedule for a range of activities that are within current safety guidelines. Our staff is helpful, attentive, and friendly. We have a great deal of experience working with kids and helping them with their challenges. We also have a large and well-equipped facility, with high-speed internet and everything we need to make this a great camp experience for everyone. Pricing: As this program starts, we have set the price on the opening week to $129 per student, and subsequent weeks to $149 per student. Additional siblings get $20 off per week. Since this is a school camp, attendees are expected to come with their laptops (if applicable), logins, and whatever tools and information they need to access their schoolwork. We will provide internet access, distanced workspaces, limited technical assistance, coaching, motivation, and a structured environment. There will be one martial arts class per day, and it will be held outside on our patio with social distancing for maximum safety. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions!
