This is how I get my M.E. Time- (Motivational Exercise). An exercise in awareness for all that is good. We are one with the Earth. Treat her like you would treat your body with respect and love. As you walk on her and with her be aware of the beauty she provides: a surface to stand on and run that support our every step, oxygen that she provides- take deep breaths.
