Mercury Retrograde's today, October 14th. Not only are we dealing with Mercury, but we also have Mars in retrograde simultaneously. Funny enough, Mercury finish...es its retrograde on Election Day of November 3rd. Both these planets are now close to earth, which makes their energies more intense and in our face. What does this mean for us? There will be gross misunderstandings that result in explosive disagreements and temper tantrums. Take it easy, and always remember that most people have good intentions for their opinions. It's coming from a place of caring. Mars and Mercury are getting people easily irritated and ill-tempered. Give yourself and others grace. Give each other some space. Take a deep breath and consciously s-l-o-w down. Regularly take pauses, moments of silence, and focus on deep diaphragmatic breaths. Consciously seek solitude in nature. This will regulate and sooth your nerves. And of course I will give you a blend to support you during these volatile times! Starting on July the 23rd, the Healing Grove is offering free access to all its resources, tools and talks. and I am inviting you to come and explore! Myself and other contributors will be sharing the gems of learnings from our healing journeys. If you are like me and looking for holistic approaches to heal...ing and reaching optimal health, and if you believe that everyone has innate power to heal, this is a place for you to explore. What the Healing Grove creators are truly up to is launching a world-wide movement of health empowerment so that people everywhere have access to the tools, resources, and community they need to thrive ~ body, mind, and spirit.
