Seeking a Medical Assistant for a front office/MA position in a small practice. We provide therapeutic patented ultrasound treatments to patients that suffer from Diabetic Peripheral neuropathy. Job Description Administrative and general support to Providers and keeping the Practice running smoothly. Reception duties of answering phones and taking detailed messages. Scheduling and confirming appointments and follow up. Checking in Patients and verifying their insurance. P...roficient in taking vitals, and point-of-care testing. Treating patients with therapeutic ultrasound treatments when needed. Preparing exam room for Providers and cleaning and stocking exam rooms. Maintain detailed records. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant certification. Excellent organizational and follow up skills. Knowledge and practice of time management principles. Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented. Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships.
