Hot off the factory floor The brand new Tigercat six-wheel skidder with swing boom, the SB635H skidder, making its debut in B.C. This is the third ever swing boom off Tigercat’s production line.

What an exciting project building this truck was! We started off with a Kenworth W900L truck built with a Cummins X15 Performance Series engine and an Eaton 18-speed transmission. Next, a twin steer conversion was done by Simard Suspensions out in Quebec. Then a massive PALFINGER PK165.002 knuckle boom crane and a 20' collapsible deck was fitted. Finally, we added custom lighting and a TON of chrome accessories. Congratulations to the owner, local owner operator, Sam Shah. Uphill battle with the Tigercat 630D @kgandner13 Inside the cab - The 630D is equipped with Turnaround. The revolutionary rotating seat has a two-position mechanical lock providing full rear-facing drive capability. The steering wheel has been replaced with an armrest mounted joystick for improved ergonomics. Drive pedals are located at both the front and rear of the cab. Combined with Tigercat’s hydrostatic driveline, Turnaround allows the operator to travel in reverse while comfortably facing the rear. The full speed range is available, whether in forward or reverse.
