And just like that, the Holiday's are over Here are some guidelines to keep in mind as we look forward to coming back to IEGA on January 11th. Stay home as much as possible, limiting your social bubble to your immediate family. Limit travel as much as possible, particularly out of state or travel by airplane. Remember, a 14 day quarantine is required for anyone traveling out of the country, or out of state by airplane, before you can return to the gym. Quarantine begin...s on the day you return home. Wear your mask everywhere you go, washing hands frequently and practicing social distancing when you are out of the house. Monitor for any symptoms of COVID or the flu, and if you notice any, please contact your doctor and/or make an appointment for a Covid test.

Cheers to the New Year! We want to thank everyone again for all of the support you have shown IEGA through this roller coaster of a year. With so many highs and our lives turned upside down, it's safe to say that 2020 was a year that taught or reminded us of something. Some words that come to mind are grit, gratitude and growth. What is your biggest take away from 2020?
