In my 22 and a half years as the Information Officer for the CAL FIRE San Bernardino Unit, while not being a firefighter, it was my greatest honor to share to the public what these brave and dedicated men and women do to protect the public and our resources. Oh, you can see the photos and watch the videos, but until you have stood with them facing the heat and anger of wildland flames, you really can't understand what a great service these responders are providing. God's blessings and prayers for all whose calling is to protect humanity.

It is so important for Christians to remember to keep your guard up.
