Last night before bed I was thinking of ways to incorporate healthier practices into my daily routine, alcohol and caffeine free beverages in particular. This morning I woke up to a message from my friend @trestrace. It was a video on the benefits of drinking hot lemon water (it aids in digestion, hydration, detoxing, clears skin and more..) particularly first thing in the morning. After some research I think this ritual is worth a try! Have you tried incorporating hot lemon ...water into your diet? How have you modified your daily practices lately?? I’d love to hear!
