The question is if 4 brothers were in the commission of a crime and one gets a lesser charge and the other 3 go free what hood did you hear that happen in? All the officers heard that man cry out and could have done their human duty to move that cop off his neck. Instead, they assisted by allowing it for 8 min. They should be all charged with 1st-degree murder and feel how all the people they put away feel and sit on the same seat as those who they railroaded over the years.
