Bahahahaha, lest you start taking yourself tooooo seriously while doing the work. Despite that priceless look on Higher Self’s/Selves’ face, I find my spirit guides are often much more light hearted than I am in tough situations. Situations where my old programming might make me susceptible to believing that suffering is the only option. Luckily I’ve cultivated quite the irreverent and yes, even dark sense of humor to bring a little levity into darker times. #laughatyourself #humor #comics #healing #stressrelief
