We need a certain amount of acceptance when becoming parents, there's a Surrender to WHAT IS. There are also OPTIONS if it's too hard. Sleep deprivation is one of the most common struggles and we know from experience that baby massage and bedtime routines make a big difference. They help baby's circadian rhythm get on track (their natural sleep cycle that works with daylight and nighttime). Are you helping your clients and families come up with routines that work for them?
