We are designing and building some amazing robotics.
Our latest creation is under construction. This will be a 6 axis servo machine for the wire industry. The plan is to be running in two weeks. Thank yo yo Bayside Machine of De Pere, WI. for providing the beautifully manufactured frame for this project.
Started building the CNC wire bending machine. The first couple of assemblies are done.
Experimenting with some 3D printed timing pulleys. We are building a prototype for a bakery in Orange County, CA. The pulleys look like they will transmit the torque required to drive this thing. We have been 3D printing since 2013. There are so many more materials available. It really helps us with prototyping.
The 3D printers are running day and night. Trying to add PPE into the system.
