If you are investing so much money into your hair please consider investing into your shampoo as well. box color can make a regular full highlight/balayage turn into a color correction because there is a lot more work ( which means you will be spending a lot more as well) that needs to be done in order to achieve your hair goals. Please don’t color your own hair at home ! regular trims are important to keep the hair healthy, especially if you are on a blonding journey.
