Incite To Leadership 06.02.2021

Have you ever had an argument with someone at work and wondered why are they just being so mean to me or why do they have it out for me? When doing values work with clients, I find that people's values are often very similar. They value friends, family, respect in the workplace, integrity. However, what happens when someone crosses something that is important to us or one of our values? All of a sudden it feels like they don't care about this value, the way we care about thi...s value.
