Kia ora loves, I wish you so much love filled laughter today and everyday and a beautiful walk with nature..... The big shifts always involve forgiveness and self love - i love how this latest one has softened me and makes me smile with depth and I feel more able to embrace all the "horrible". It does make one more expansive in an easy way just by chilling and being.... This week in classes we will do a lot of work with our breath to help in our non reaction and lowering stress.
