Come join us on Halloween with the kiddos! The livery is hosting their annual event and we are participating with sweet treats and an IMX - 30 min kids workout to keep their bodies healthy and moving while devouring all that sugar Workout starts at 1230pm !!

We are back and feeling stronger than ever! Come join us for indoor classes at IMX Danville!! We are back to a full schedule with your favorite instructors (and some new faces too!!) We have been working behind the scenes to prepare for this reopening and we are so ready to see you all and help get you Fit for Fall Bring a friend! Class schedule has expanded, machines are 10ft apart, sanitizing has increased to before and after each workout... AND we are fully staffed and ready to roll! (San Ramon is open and operating full schedule as well, waiting on orders for Livermore scheduled for next week! )

Re Emerge Refreshed and Rejuvenated with a little help Kathryn is an expert (10 years working in the Danville area) and extremely conservative in her approach. Loved seeing you all (from 6 ft apart!) at our Pilates in the Park workout this morning! Join us every Saturday 9am, the tribe is growing and we couldn’t be happier to continue to move with you all!
