"Let me just start off by saying that I have had nothing but terrible experiences with dentists and my teeth in general since early childhood. Needless to say, I have had little to no trust in dentists. A lot of this has been changing since meeting Dr. Roger Gilbert recently. My teeth, gums, and bone had been damaged long ago, leaving me with a lot of necessary dental work. I was referred to Dr. Roger Gilbert by his brother, Dr. David Gilbert to whom I went for oral surgery recently. Prior to my surgery, I had to have some work done and I was extremely pleased with the crowns that were made for me and other major work that was done by Dr. Gilbert. First off, Dr. Gilbert went above and beyond making sure that I had a special retainer made in time for my surgery as well as doing all the prep work in such short notice before my surgery. I was on a tight schedule due to having to go back to school soon and he made it happen very quickly. Kristina, the office manager must also be mentioned for her eagerness and willingness to help things run as smoothly as possible. My treatment plan involved 3 different specialists and Kristina communicated with each of them wonderfully to make sure all was in order. Although I am far from being finished with a lengthy treatment plan, I’m excited and hopeful for the final outcome and have trust that Dr. Gilbert will continue to provide me with excellent care. I can’t express how much I appreciate their dedication and warm and welcoming care. I can’t say enough about Dr. Gilbert and his staff, and I would most definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist."
