The week just flew by! Here’s a picture of our key lime pie for Easter Weekend. Our small team did such a great job. I’m so lucky! Many thanks to our wonderful customers who chose to get dessert from us. Happy Easter! <3

We are seeking a pastry chef to join our team! We are an artisan pie shop located in Carmichael, CA. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day culinary operations Coordinate food and kitchenware orders Check freshness and quality of ingredients... Standardize recipes Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests Help bake pies, prep dough and fillings Qualifications: Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields Passion for food and cooking techniques Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Need someone that can start right away. Looking for someone to work morning and midday shifts from Thursday-Sunday, possibly Wednesdays as well. Morning shifts start between 7am and 8 am. Closed today Thursday 1/7/2021. Hello Pie pals! Our Bakeshop will be closed Thursday 1/7/21 for some deep oven cleaning and post-holiday reorganization. We will open back up for normal business hours starting Friday January 8.

No worries if you don’t have a preorder, we will have plenty of pie.

This was our hummingbird loaf, one of the items we made for Christmas and of course sooo much pie. We are working with a small team so I couldn’t take time to take more photos. I’m so thankful for our amazing team. This year has almost come to an end. Our business opened in August 2019. We have spent most of our time open in a pandemic. We would not have made it this far without the support of our customers, family and friends. Thank you so much! We cannot express enough how grateful we are. We are only open this weekend for preorders, but we will be open next week for NYE. We will have a couple special pies on that day which we will share very soon- stay tuned!
