Here’s our new schedule for the week. For the month of April we will be focusing more on resistance training. In the past, our HIIT classes were strictly cardio days with very little resistance. Our program will include light to medium resistance training as well as high endurance exercises to increase your heart rate and still get you to your Fat Burning Zone. It’s always good practice to change up your workouts which create muscle confusion and prevent chances of plateauing. Go through the schedule and plan your week ahead of time. Remember consistency is key and the more you make it to your workouts the quicker you will reach your goals. #motivation #consistencyiskey ##weightloss #bootcamp #personaltrainer #groupfitness

Here’s a drill that is great for beginner or advanced athletes. All you need is an agility ladder and a jump rope. The exercises in the this video focuses on athletic agility, body control and coordination. The goal is to increase speed and footwork. Start slow and increase speed once you feel ready and comfortable. This could also be used as a warmup before a HIIT workout. Give it a try and track your progress! Comment below for any questions!
