We at ieIMPACT would like to share so much gratitude to our employees, customers and vendors during this Corona virus crisis. Also we would like to offer some help to any appraiser who has been running sick due to corona-virus. We will provide no cost data entry to him/her. (Up to 2 reports per day, until he/she get back to work or up to 30 days.) This corona-virus has been the biggest challenge for us. Overnight, we had to move in-house operations employees to work from hom...e, and working from home is more stressful as we all know. While refinance boom intensified, appraisers couldn't afford to turn the work away. Long story short, we managed to help our patrons without any downtime, we continued our 24/7 operations with minimal delays possible. We would like to Thank: Our Employees, who tirelessly worked (and still working) under immense pressure of getting more done while maintaining same quality standards. Our Customers, who managed to adjust their deadlines and send us lovely comments and love without showing any frustration. As many of you know, we are in this "Appraisal Data Entry" business from almost 12 years and completed over 1 million reports. We have seen many ups and downs. Now we feel this virus has given much more strength and courage, we came out much more stronger and we will continue to serve our customers for many years to come! We also wish you well and hang in there, we all will get through this challenge and come out even stronger!!

Important Notice DELAYS ALERT: Expect some delays We are running late on **SOME** orders, Please expect some delays. Around 10-15% of orders are getting delayed by 6-12 hours. (due to high volume due to Refinance boom) QUICK TIPS... 1. Always keep some buffer of 6-12 hours e.g. in case some data gets missed. 2. Place your order as Rush Order if your order is really urgent.You will not be charged for any rush fee for any order that gets late. 3. Send your orders by the end of your day (or early evening by 8PM) 4. Send us a message on your order page after you place an order if your order is very time-sensitive. 5. Send orders on weekends if possible. as Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are most busy days. FYI: We have stopped taking new customers and started putting them on the wait-list.
