This is Faith. Her owner passed away recently, at the age of 19, the grandma of the kitty brought her in today. I gave her my condolences as I couldn't imagine her pain, and she discussed the circumstances briefly with me. She left, and I was holding back tears. Everyday is a gift, tomorrow is not promised. Cherish the time you have with the people you love, hold them close when you can. I forget this too sometimes and this morning was a reminder. To the grieving mother if you're reading this, you're a hero. God's strength, I wish you the best, and thank you for your trust.
