Happy Holidays! IBAC would like to send a LOUD shout out and thank you...to YOU. Your overwhelming participation in helping us identify 12 families this year for our annual Christmas Food/Toy drive and dropping off food and toys and $$ (Thank you Gary Trieschman Pacific Realty) is applauded and appreciated by all IBAC members. You make us feel like we’re doing things that are meaningful and worthy of supporting. So thank you again. Not to go into great detail but the familie...s we (you) are helping each year have been dealt some tragic luck ranging from medical issues to loss of parent(s) with some parental siblings suddenly nesting additional family members. These families are deserving and will be filled with joy and temporary relief during a normal stressful time of year. Covid consequences have obviously not helped. We’re doing one last push for items needed as described below. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for any items you can afford to supply these families with. Please, perishables accepted Thursday only as we are limited on refrigeration space. Dry goods and toys both Wednesday and Thursday. 12 families so if you plan on supporting, 12 of one food item makes it easier for us to organize and stage, but anything is appreciated and will be delivered. We deliver this Saturday, December 19th around noon. We will have a caravan of golf carts and a few trucks...and we reserved Santa Clause for the day too. If you see us out and about, give us a honk or a wave!
