Few however can provide you with a template for your QuickBook file to do your billing via Email and a chart of accounts to do your bookkeeping. We're not glamour and high flash, we're down to earth and practical.

I just quit being held hostage by our telephone provider! We set up our own cloud based PBX and our communications are now a profit center. Here is the math. If you subscribe to one on the dozens of services out there it runs about $20 per phone number. So, 100 numbers = $2,000 per month. If you set up your own cloud based PBX the same thing will cost you $458.00 per month. We know, we did it. I'll have a post on the blog soon, or Email me if you want the details sooner.

Clients need reception services, telephone answering, copies, faxes, scanners and more but they don’t want to pay for them and they don’t want to pay for the space to put them. And they certainly don’t want to keep it in their homes! There are plenty of vacant buildings and floors of buildings to choose from, you probably drive by them every day. Man...y of these have owners or managers anxious to lease space. An executive suite can be a cash flow monster for the executive suite business owner. The ownership of the executive suite business is typically separate from the ownership of the building. But it can go either way. With the right terms and conditions, executive suites offer an opportunity to develop an exciting, profitable, sustaining business. This business can focus on cash flow for the business owner during the holding period or it can be for cash flow generation and substantial profit on sale. Building owners retire faster... When they have Executive Suites! The greatest benefit of Executive suites is the increase of NOI and the reduction of financial risk. The primary reduction of financial risk is achieved by offering affordable, high demand services to a larger market of tenants. Executive suites do well in expanding economic conditions as well as recessionary times. This is due to their attractiveness to new businesses, as well as existing businesses scaling ...back and reducing overhead expenses. Executive suites also offer building owner's an opportunity to create a new business entity to lease, joint venture or sell. The business can be a separate opportunity, separate from the ownership of the building. With the increase in Net Operating Income, the building value is greater than comparative buildings, making it more saleable or easier to re-finance. From a longer term hold standpoint, with good organization and emphasis on marketing, Executive Suites can be administered with minimal effort.
