From this place, we do inner child work, timeline therapy to heal and integrate the past, future you visualization, cord cutting annnnnd so much more. Time for some massive shifts... I explain this to my clients as "the catapult effect", whenever you uplevel, you always feel like you've gone 10 steps backwards...anyone feel this? If you're feeling this way now...like I've done so much "work" in this area of my life WHY am I slipping back!? SO frustrating, right? ... What IF, we flip that in our minds and know that instead....maybe, we are being launched FORWARD... 20 STEPS! A huge massive quantum leap! Allow yourself to get stretchy and uncomfortable. Allow the upward spiral of growth to expand you even more, as you revisit old lessons, in a different form and vibration, hence, a different version of YOU. Remember: There truly is NO backwards.

Sacred Sundays.... Sunday's for me have turned into days of pure creation for the next week... I get to slow down and be in the space of allowing...... What do your Sunday's look like?

Thoughts are turing into things...at rapid speed, have you noticed? Getting us ready for the "next level"... We always have two choices, to resist the transformation, or to flow down stream...... The more we master the downstream momentum, the more ease and flow, synchronicities and pure magic we "see" in our reality... Time to step fully IN to change and allow the beauty that is always around us, to be our guide... Happy Sunday Friends! What could you allow to transform around you with more ease?
