Rubicon dirty Dozen!

I case you ever wondered... these are very typical tree roots in the sewer line that causes backups... with my equipment, I can pinpoint the exact location, including the depth. I have options to remove and prevent future roots from growing back.

New Water heater... no more leaks from the expansion tank (blue) or the water heater itself... and the new gas line is not stretched out...

Upgrading to new tankless water heater’s.... after 17 years... these new ones have a 5 year labor warranty, 10 year parts and 15 year heat exchanger Warranty... they are 98.5% efficient... never run out of water...

Do you have sewer backups??? This 4 sewer main failed and my 2 Camera would not pass through the failure... my customers toilet overflowed... are your toilets slow to drain???

Sewer flows free now after replacing the Orangeburg sewer pipe that had become oval and delaminated after 50 years. I offer HD Video Camera inspections that will show the areas causing sewer problems...

Happy I could get the main sewer line clean and back flowing correct... it 11:30pm Christmas Eve... they have 12 family members coming tomorrow... Merry Christmas....
