MERCURY Insurance Group has an announcement!! The 2012 California Consumer complaint Study is now available at the California Department of Insurance website. This report tracks the ratio and number of justified complaints filed against the top 50 companies writing auto insurance I California. All three Mercury companies, Mercury Insurance, Mercury Casualty and Cal Auto, ranked among the top 10 carriers with the lowest ratio of complaints per 100,000 policies or exposures, with Mercury Casualty and Cal Auto ranked in the top two spots!!
