Excited to be working alongside Gehry Partners and Pentagram on this long-awaited complex in DTLA. Repost from @urbanize.la In Downtown Los Angeles, Related Cos. has reached the halfway mark at The Grand, a $1-billion skyscraper complex designed by architect Frank Gehry. Upon completion in 2022, the two-tower development will feature 436 residential units, a 309-room Equinox hotel, and more than 170,000 square feet of shops and restaurants. On October 1st 2017, a senseless act of violence shattered the Las Vegas community. In the days following the tragedy, the community came together to create the Las Vegas Community Healing Garden as a place of refuge and reflection.
