Repost from @urbanize.la In Downtown Los Angeles, Related Cos. has reached the halfway mark at The Grand, a $1-billion skyscraper complex designed by architect Frank Gehry. Upon completion in 2022, the two-tower development will feature 436 residential units, a 309-room Equinox hotel, and more than 170,000 square feet of shops and restaurants.
