Hi Everyone! Hope everyone is doing well and surviving Covid-19. We are still not open, but can't wait till the green lite is given. Here is a little combo that I will teach in class when we are up and running. When we start up again, precautions will be in place to insure the safety of everyone. Oh how I have missed you my dear pole As you can see there have been some changes to the studio during this covid19 time . . . new paint and MIRRORS! woohoo It has been such a LONG time since I have been able to work out on the pole. Wasn't sure if I could still climb, but tada I was. But I had forgotten how much energy is used, so needless to say I was tired after awhile. When we start classes again, keep that in mind.... Some changes will be implemented when we start pole fitness/exotic dance up again. We will be keeping an eye on the covid19 cases that arise to determine when classes will start up again. Hello Everyone, Hope everyone is doing well during this time of social isolation/distancing. Wanted to let you know that we are still here, just not sure when we will be starting up classes again (hopefully soon), so keep checking hunnyfly.com and the mind body app. ... We miss seeing those of you that have been coming to class. And if you haven't tried exotic dance or pole fitness come give it a try when we startt classes again. Hope you are doing some conditioning and strength training during this time or something you enjoy or haven't been able to do when you were busy with work. Enjoy the fresh air. We have added a new class and times for Saturday's starting on March 7. Exotic Pole Dance - Saturday 9:30 AM Pole Fitness - Saturday 10:30 AM Pole Fitness - Monday 9:00 AM... If you have wanted to try just exotic pole dance, then this class is for you. Some pole moves will be incorporated in the dance, but nothing too hard. Come and give fitness, dance or both a try. Have fun and get fit!
