Do you need assistance paying back rent from between April 1, 2020, and March 31, 2021, due to COVID-related income loss? Income-qualifying renters can apply through the state’s COVID-19 Rent Relief Program. Landlords can also apply to be reimbursed for 80% of unpaid rent during the same time period if they have qualified tenants. Apply through the state’s website here: https://housing.ca.gov/
