Hey there folks,we are opening a brewpub in Eureka Ca.on the waterfront of the Humboldt Bay.We have all of our equipment ready to go, a ten year lease with a five year extension option and completed plans. We are looking for investors for the last round of investment before we complete construction later this year. We are offering a Promissory note,an 18 month term with 10% fixed interest, that will paid at the end of term. Our new Eureka Old Town location is on the board wall. It faces the Humboldt bay and marina. 3k square foot inside and out door beer gsrden. Even our cross street, 3rd st., will have one of the pedestrian walk ways to the board walk. Did I mention that the tourism boats doc in front us. We can't wait to start serving our AWESOME beer.
