Humboldt Yoga

I am privileged to announce in collaboration with Esak Garcia, e84 and Boulder Bikram Yoga I am able to offer the Humboldt Yoga Community a variety of virtual yoga classes throughout each day. In the schedule you will notice familiar classes such as the classic 26&2 (original hot yoga), intermediate class (e84 intermediae) and while never taught at HY, the classic 84 Asana(advanced class); along side other traditions of yoga to play with such as ashtanga and yin. This is truly an opportunity for anyone wanting to supplement in-studio classes with a home practice, to get back into a familiar practice, or simply to try something new by someone new. The teachers leading the virtual classes come from all over the world and each have acquired my respect. I know you won’t be disappointed. Classes are $12 drop in or $99/10 First class free.
