Hula Networks was invited to attend the NASCAR South Point 400 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway this past weekend. It was a very hot Las Vegas day at 105 in the shade. Arris has recently completed its purchase of Ruckus Wireless and has folded them into their NASCAR team sponsorship. Hula Networks sent Steve Robinson, Mike Wade, and Zack Clark to the speedway to watch the race from pit row and network with vendors from across the country. They met Daniel Suarez, the #19 car dr...iver and toured the race hauler and pit area. They were able to watch the race from atop the pit box, in itself an amazing piece of purpose built equipment. It is part tool box, part information center, and part bleachers. All of it folds up Transformer style and rolls into the team hauler (semi-truck) to make the trip to the next venue.
