A few words from Master Hsien-Ming... Chuang Yen Ode The world is beautified with peace through merit and wisdom. A temple is beautified with flowers under moon light , frost created by wind, you will see water before finding fish. In serenity , you can hear bell in the morning and Dharma chanting at dusk. Experience the Truth first then wake up others with Dharma teachings. Buddha spoke three types of Dharma for people of different capacity . His original body and manifested bodies possess ten wonders respectively. From pure Dharmakaya , forms are manifest with thirty-two auspiciousness. The greatest loving kindness is without causal connection, the greatest compassion is to connect with others. Beyond ultimate light of quietude, there is no suffering. All things are in their nature places, why mention about supernatural phenomena. The blue mountain is naturally always still although the white clouds drift back and forth. Tien-Tai Sect said " True emptiness and wonderful existence are two and yet not two."-- The middle way of reality. The Buddha broadcasts a single wondrous sound heard throughout the lands of the ten directions. Support, respect and protect the three Treasures' in Buddhism: the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha. Bring prosperity and peace around the world and to all beings. You little, young and old get together To listen to my distracting gibbering : Calm brings peace and happiness. And smooth are the Four Elements. See through , let go and become carefree. Destroy the I-Wall and the desire of fame and wealth vanishes. The day when one attains the peaceful state of non-disputes. An eternal Buddha will sit white in one’s heart. One should have a self-reflecting mirror to examine oneself other than others. Only after illness do I know that the body is suffering . I used to be busy with others’ affairs . Now I study and have faith in Buddhism and have peace of mind.
