Back in 2008, Huboi Architecture worked with Hazel Hawkins Hospital and provided design and engineering services to transform an out dated, unused building on First Street into a functional medical office and out patient treatment clinic.

Just completed a perspective sketch of our design of the aircraft storage building that sits out in front. Again, one of the main features for this building is a 100 ft. wide bi-fold door suitable to store jet planes such as the Cessna Citation m-2.

Just finished this perspective sketch of a new 11,250 S.F. industrial shell/aircraft storage building.. Somewhat utilitarian design, the envelope, features a 80 ft. wide bi fold door and hanger space capable of storing jet planes such as a Cessna m2 Citation.

Just finished hand drafting schematic elevations for a new 6,000 S.F. Commercial Kitchen/Dining facility. The client wishes the building to be LEED (Leadership in Environment and Energy) certified.

Yesterday, the Thotus Park 12 unit apartment project we worked on was approved for building permit!

Our preliminary drawing package for a new finance counter project for the City of Santa Clara is coming along. The design work is by Ravena, I contributed hand drafting engineering support. (see section A, sht. A-4)

Beautiful day to be working at St. Francis Retreat, undergoing field verification for remodeling and accessibility upgrades to the guest rooms they have there.

The exercise room addition and accessibility upgrade and remodeling to the Mariner's Apartments clubhouse in Salinas is coming along nicely. I took this picture when I visited the site for inspection the other day.

We submitted a drawing package for design review today. The project is rather unique for us; two industrial shell buildings, each approximately 15,000 square fe...et to be used to store aircraft. The buildings are designed for solar and the pre-engineered steel, rigid frame, structural system includes over 70% recycled steel.

Here are some "before and after" photos of the 16,684 s.f. renovation and tenant improvement project we did for Applied Physics in Mountain View. We toured the project last Wednesday.

Huboi Architecture is proud to announce that the Ladd Lane apartment project has been submitted for building permit. This development consists of 63 predominantly 2 bedroom market rate units, 9 of which are handicapped accessible and 18 are handicapped adaptable. Design features include private patios for all ground floor units and private balconies for the upper floors. We wish to thank our clients, Ted and Ty Intravia, and the City of Hollister Planning Department for working with us to bring much needed rental housing to our community.
