Join us and learn how to cook one of our favorite dishes with @gethomeskoold! We called up our homie Sal from House of Shah Afghan Urban Eats in Woodland and asked him to bless our people with some of his amazing cuisine. For class, we decided on Chef Chris' favorite dish! Beef chapli kabobs, paired with challow long grain white rice, an afghani salad, a green cilantro chutney and a cool yogurt dip to round the dish out.
