Palisades Project Update: Balcony installation is well underway with pocketing doors downstairs and sliding doors upstairs. We also installed wood planked tiles for the balcony floor with Schluter edging. ... Next step, we will be adding a glass rail and a white color coat of stucco. Stay tuned! Check out these progress photos from a major renovation taking place in Pacific Palisades So far, we’ve completed a full demolition of the brick and stucco in the front living room, added new doors and windows, constructed a brand new balcony, new framing for the patio, new deck installation, and have now begun working on irrigation.
