Hop's Bounce House

For our #HopsFamily we miss you. "Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid...; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6

Hop's Family I wanted to thank you for supporting Hop's and my family (you know who you are ). It's been an extraordinary year and I honestly don't know what the future holds for us. I do know this, without people like you, families like yours we didn't stand a chance as a small business in a small town during these lockdowns. It's not just because of money, it's the support you gave by coming in, saying hi and sharing your smiles with us, by saying a prayer for us, leaving ...phone messages with your kids saying how they miss us. Simply put, you give us HOPE. The hope you and other families have given us reminds me why we did this to begin with. Our work isn't finished yet, God willing we can continue that work of promoting and supporting FAMILY. Family is so much more than kids and parents. It's having friends, having someone to count on, being a role model, playing with children and encouraging laughter and joy. Someone to talk to, not being judgmental and encouraging diversity of parenting styles and the list goes on. I wish I could just open, but the reality is its a double edged sword. No matter the decision there's people who will disagree and my family pays the price. On the other side, not opening I risk losing everything. The back and forth nearly destroyed me and put me in depression. Hop's will be one of the last businesses to be "allowed" to open and that scares me tremendously. So brings me to the question: to open against recommendations or stay closed? No matter what, many will disagree and I will be a victim of cancel culture as we have already. When did we become afraid to share our thoughts because of persecution? Aren't we better than that? I know this will end and we will either be stronger or destroyed by it. I choose to fight to until there's nothing left in me, will you fight with me? Fight for a better community, fight against cancel culture and encourage difference of opinions and philosophies, fight for prosperity and most importanly fight for our children and their future. Thank you for letting me put myself bare for you to read, those who have followed us from the beginning know this is me and who we are. We have nothing to hide. I sincerely hope you have an incredible Christmas and holiday season no matter your circumstances. Have hope!!!

Happy Veterans Day #HopsFamily. Normally on this day we donate from our admissions to Wounded Warrior Project but unfortunately we're not in a position to that this year. Hopefully next year... Thank you Veterans, thank you for serving thank you those who gave it all. We will never forget your sacrifices.

Happy Halloween #HopsFamily. I can't tell you how much we miss our Hop's Kids. Don't grow up too much while we're closed. We will be back soon. Hope you had a fun Halloween whatever you chose to do today.

The Haunt in Atascadero is having their "Lights on Tour" today. My kids look forward to this day every Halloween season.
