Festive AF is right! Happy Holidays to you and yours

Welcome to the first day of Fall. Many people prefer Springtime over Fall due to it being the season when the flowers are blooming and we can visibly see the growth and renewal happening around us. But you know what?... I have an affinity for Fall, where underneath it all, the true growth is beginning to happen. Mother Nature is starting to recognize what she doesn't need anymore. That which she doesn't need is then transformed, taking on varying shades of light and dark... and ultimately shriveling up and dying. Then she releases it all, letting it literally fall away from her. Just like therapy. It's not always pretty and we often have to sit with the many shades of the transformation. But in the end, we must do this part first, in order to let the things that don't serve us well anymore fall away from us. It's only after that process that we can ever hope to see the fruits of our labor bloom. It's a practice in patience but it's worth it. And you're worth it! If you're feeling a pull towards deep exploration and personal growth, let yourself take that leap and fall into the process.
