T-shirts are in if you preordered I will have them at practice tonight and you can pay when you pick them up.

Cop your merch. Only ordered a few sweatshirts. We have 1 black crew neck size lg, 2 black hoodies sizes lg and medium, 1 gray crew neck size lg, and 2 gray hoodies size med and xl. Sweatshirts are first come first serve and they are $30. The stickers are $2 a piece. They can go on laptops, folders, desk etc.

All money due this week on April 7 and April 8th. Shoot a thon will be today at practice. Make sure you are turning in your $25 raffle money and tickets. Any questions call Stan Easter.

Love to see my former players succeeding in life. @aaqibbath was one of the best defenders in our programs history and one of the smartest kids I ever had the pleasure of coaching. Always said I would do this for free and God said let’s see. This game has been my passion for years and having no gym time right now will not stop me from teaching this game to anyone who wants to get better. Right now, it’s teaching it outside in the but when you love what you do it doesn’t matter where you do it. I would teach this game on a bicycle rim with no spokes or on a milk crate. I have been through to much and made it out the other side better than before to let not having a gym right now keep me from teaching this amazing game. Once we get back in the gym tho all my King’s and Queens gon be ready for all the .

Another great day doing what I love...

With the schools gyms still closed had to find a way to get some work in with my guys @cornell5_ @the.sikh.freak @iam___jb . This week is a trial run on how outside workouts look, if they work out well then I will start next week with personals. Due to covid I will be doing personals for free the rest of the summer.

The young king @cornell5_ just committed to @enmuhoops full ride scholarship. He has worked his entire life for this. It wasn’t easy but he preserved through it all, now he is about to get a college degree for free while he hoops. I told you years ago you where great and all you had to do was work hard to bring the greatness out. You did it and I couldn’t be more proud of the young man you have grown into. @hoopskillsacademy @mhsboysbsktbl alumni you are a inspiration to all the kids who wear that royal blue and black and black and orange. The hard work starts all over now, let’s get back in the lab and get ready to kill then it’s on to getting paid to play the game you love.

It’s almost time. Really looking forward to another amazing AAU season. Can’t wait to see everyone at tryouts....

Y’all see both them @hoopskillsacademy @mhsboysbsktbl boys shining. @cornell5_ went back to back league mvp on him and @j__showtime first team all league as a freshman. My young boys are dogs and nothing has been given to them. They earned everything, they made mistakes on this journey (like we all do) but they overcame the adversity and continue to shine as a great young men and hoopers. These two young men are my heart and it’s great to see them doing so well in college. Proud of y’all, now let’s go get this dub Saturday night I the Playoffs.

It’s almost time. Can’t wait for this aau season to start. Especillay looking forward to the tournament at the @mambasportsacademy over Memorial Day weekend. This season will also be special because it will be the last season for some of our amazing kids who have been with us since the beginning 8 years ago. The great part is that they have been great role models for our young up and coming players in showing them what it means to be a part of Hoop Skills Academy.

Wow, Just heading to a game with his daughter at the Mamba Academy and tragedy strikes. This hits different, I can only imagine the pain Kobe’s wife and 3 daughters have to deal with not only losing a husband, father but a daughter and sister. Prayers up to the Bryant family in this very difficult time. Thank you for also sharing your husband and dad with his extended basketball family. His talent was amazing but his work ethic should be studied in college. Mamba mentality wasn’t just a cool nickname it was real. Gigi had that same mentality watching her hoop you could see she was just like her dad on that court. Sad that we won’t have the pleasure to see you grow into an amazing young lady and great basketball player.

6-8th grade change of schedule. Celtics and Nuggets 1pm game is changed to 2pm. This gives the players who are playing on their school teams Saturday time to make their rec league game.

Zero tolerance policy. This league is about the kids not about you. If we called every little thing the games would take 8 hours. So you yelling at the refs is not only embarrassing yourself but most importantly your kids. Come in enjoy watching your kids play and focus on them having a good time. If we have to stop the game moving forward because of abuse of our officials you will be banned from coming to the games. This is not about you reliving your hoop dreams through your child. Thank you for your time....

Online signups are up again. The error message you where getting was because the original date for last signups was today. I just reopened it until Thursday. So go online and sign up. After Thursday we will not be taking anymore signups
