When you get to call one of your girlies and tell her the sellers have accepted her offer! Not only am I so happy for her, but I absolutely love the feeling she has of herself! How determined and dedicated she was. How proud she is! Those feelings are what makes me just love what I do and so honored I get to have a front row seat to the beauty of making her a homeowner!

Sitting here looking over my rent roll and realizing I know too many people who are paying rents(because I collect them for so many San Diegans!) I think it’s time we start converting from renter to home owner! Ask me how! ...

When the cats away, the mice will play! @broker.trish.nunez is off putting stamps on passport, which gave me the opportunity to get on the radio with John Burroughs of Finance of America. What did we talk about? Why all things property management of course! ... We talked about the importance of training your landlords and tenants in order to have a successful portfolio. The difference between a landlord charge and tenant charge. My thoughts on allowing pets in properties. The very big importance of having a trust account for security deposits!! I couldn’t leave without giving a few horror stories. All in all, great show and super bonus I was speaking with one of the producers briefly about the non profits I am involved in and he wants to discuss further! I can talk about property management all day long, but my true love is helping people! So excited! Do you have any property management questions for me? Just like that, another birthday comes and I try to remember your laugh. Especially, the one when you would want to do something that would get us in trouble.
