Attached please find a flyer from NV Energy and a Notice from the PUCN regarding wildfires and de-energization in the Tahoe Basin this summer. Liberty Energy works closely with Nevada. NV Energy and Liberty Energy are in constant contact regarding de-energization, since many of the power lines that run California to Nevada are owned by NV Energy and controlled by Liberty. They will be working together to de-energize any and all lines regardless of which side of the state line the lines are on if need be, so it won’t be just one side of the Basin or the other are de-energized based on the state line, it’ll all be based on fire danger.
